I'm having some troubles connecting. I know that as soon as I submit this, the problem will be solved, but I figure in some obscure event that it's not, I'll submit it anyway.
I open mIRC. I click connect. The server window comes up. Then I type /join #agn, and the channel window comes up. After that, whenever I try to talk on the channel, it says this:
#agn Cannot send to channel
Does anyone have any idea as to why this is occuring? For what it's worth, I'm behind a NetGear router.
yeah the same thing is happening to me ....... But people seem to be able to read me alrite......
Are ya using the right server? And this server has been screwy alot lately anyways.
Nothings wrong except those messages.. I mean, people can still read what i write.....
Ok, yes, people can read what I say. But now my nick is on the list twice, but no one else sees it but me... Oh well. I give up. Lol.
I see your name twice... It doesnt really affect thewhole chatting thing anyways.. So its just best to leave it and enjoy.. 😉
Are you using Trillian? Trillian sometimes says you're not connected, when you really are (irc only). If it's Trillian, I wouldn't worry.
Nope, no trillian. I guess my computer is just gay.
Was the channel moderated?... That's almost always what the error means.

Perhaps you should try "reading". We could see what he was saying in the chatroom. Services split, one of which was moderated. It only affected the server he was connected to.
