And to answer your question, just go at the pace she wants to. If she doesn't want to go that far, then don't push her. If you think the relationship isn't going anywhere then tell her and if she hates you for saying that, who cares, it wasn't going anywhere anyway.
Well bud, maybe its the way you talk. She sees you talking like that, she might be afraid that she might get mauled when u kiss her. Just ask her if something is wrong or do something very nice to her to see if she acts differently.
I'm of the opinion that sex ought to wait until after marriage. Perhaps that's the reason for her reluctance?
