London (Reuters) - Soviet dictator Joseph Stalin was so outraged at the anti-communism of film star John Wayne that he plotted to have him murdered, according to a new biography of the American icon.
Being a legend can really be dangerous. I never thought the great Stalin would have gone so far...
How bizarre! It seems outlandish, and yet possibly feasible at the same time.

Who would have thought that Stalin would have people murdered for their political beliefs? 🙄
On his own Continent and among those would represent a threat to him and to his regime.🙄
A legend or not, John Wayne is still a movie star.
