Welcome into our secret club Mooie I hope your days with us will be full of joy and excitement

:kitty:

Mooie Rocks so hard that she swings Tudorcat all the way into motionsickness 😃 Man you are good!!!

:kitty:

I like seeing a 10 meg file and not caring how long it will take to d/l. Try that with a 56k or better 300 baud modem.

I downloaded X2 last night, I don't know how long it took cause I fell asleep. But I wouldn't have downloaded it on dail-up, would have taken days. I so happy.

/me is a loser.

Yeah me too Mikeron...I never realize people dont have cable unless they say so...

I just assume everyone uses it now...

Congrats though Moo! Nothing better then being able to download songs liek crazy.....not that I do.....hoyl shit I dont even use my broadband.

Yea isint it great Moocow? Youre going to get a point where your going to start dling full albums or films out of pure boredom, just out of the blue. Its great. 😃

Never want to go back to dial-up! The sad thing is that DSL and cable will be eventually outdated and replaced by something even faster (in fact something faster exists today, but is still too expensive for the household). And then we'll look upon DSL and cable as we look on dial-up today: old, unreliable, and slow.

How is that sad? I anxiously await the arrival of that day :P

w00t!!!

/me throws a party for mooie

Ok, so it may be a day or two late, but hey...it's the thought that counts, right?

Everyone should get a celebratory thread when they upgrade to cable/dsl internet. It's just...a given. Life gets so much better at that point! 😉

Hm. Congrats on the cable. I once had cable. No I didn't, actually. My school is a bit faster, and my friends have the most kick@$$ connection on the planet, (probably. ) And I have a siwwy wittwe 28K. It's probably a 56K now, but I don't know. It took me 2.5 hours to download 11 MB. :spin: Yay for me and my computer chair. :kawaii:
