As you may have noticed these icons have appeared on several members. They are now being worn (Proudly I'd hope :P) by ZC's beta testers... Not sure how they work and if they are applied automatically to a tester once they are granted access or not so you'll have to get SB to tell ya that.

and the little Golden Icons are to distinguish ZC's developers..
I guess I'll have to check to see if I have one or not.
