Ocarina

Is that the one from NP with the ghey kid sitting on a dragon in the ad? The ocarina looks cool, but the ad is shudder-inducing.

hehe my name is Forrest.😊

Do you have an instrumental guitar song called 'Minuet of Forrest'?

Probably. I know it's advertized in NP, but I honestly don't have a subscription (*gasp* a sin, know).

Wow! Nice job!!! You get a star!

HMMMM!!! I need to find someone else with an ocarina. I wanna play the two witches's song (forget their names), you know, the ones from the spirit temple. It's got this sweet dueling melody.

I was about to dish out for one, but then I discovered my recorder burried in a trunk with an old songbook my mom must have had. why dish out money when I've got an instrument and songbook here?

Not bad at all. Well spent money.😊

FEAR THE OCARINA OF TIME IN ALL ITS GLORY!!!

(Will perform live on webcam for $$$ 😛)

I got one a while ago, (around the same time Majoras mask was released. I used to know the song of time, eponas song, and the new MM songs too. But I such at it now...

Yesterday I found a girl with an extended range ocarina of time and we're gonna try playing kokate and koume's theme (the song i mentioned in an earlier reply, though, admittedly, I had to look up the name 😛). Then, after we play the song, she's gonna fall in love with me and we're gonna get married and have kids and then we'll name one of them Link! Okay, okay, I lied in that last sentence... we won't name him Link 😛

Unfortunately the range of the song is much larger than the range of the ocarina, so I had to transpose everything down 4 semitones and rewrite some parts. I can post the playable version if anyone wants it, and I'll write out the fingering as well if you can't read music. It's pretty sweet, though I doubt I'll be able to play either part very well at the proper speed any time soon. Definately a challenge, but really cool if you can find someone to play it with. I love this song 😛

For anyone who doesn't remember the song, here's what it sounded like in the game (the part I'm refering starts around 10 seconds into it).

Good playing. 😊

I wanted one of those a while back, but didn't wanna pay the money. Clayz ones were $50, with a Zelda song book and a pouch to put the Ocarina in...

I wanted to get one. But it was either the ocarina or The Wind Waker. It wasn't a hard decision to make.

This is what happens when I get an ocarina, a Zelda mp3, photoshop's circle tool, and way too much time on my hands

I'll post me playing it as soon as I can play it up to tempo (yes, it's possible).

EDIT: haha, well, too late, you guys exceeded my bandwith!!! If anyone has a place I can host the image and doesn't mind, it's only 100k, and I would be very greatful!

OCARINA OF TIME is the only Zelda game I've ever played. It was good.
