Can you create your own items?????
No.
And I don't like... emoticons.
You can create the tiles that the items use but the affects are the same...no, you cannot create your own items, just change the appearance of the items we have...and yes, an item editor is a great idea but its already been suggested so do not even bother with it 😉 as far as the emoticons, i only use them when i feel necessary
