I have encountered a problem. I have a bridge and I'm trying to make Link walk both below and above the bridge. So far I've used Layer 3 to make Link walk below the bridge but I can't get Link to walk above the bridge. How do i get Link to walk above the bridge? Do I need to use Layer 1 or 2 for the bridge?
I'll appreciate any form of help. Thanks.
You can't do what you want to do at the moment. Each combo on each screen either blocks Link, show up as being over Link, or shows up as being under Link, but never a combination.
You may be able to simulate this using side warps and identical looking-screens somehow, but it'll require a bit of questmaking gymnastics and a bit of genius for layout to pull it off.
Thanks Geepster. What you said is true, we can't have both, so I'll shift the bridge such tha Link will not walk under it anymore but will walk over it.
nope, pit warps and insta-warps will do the trick on the same screen. 😊

I hadn't considered pits and instawarps. Good thinking DFW. That's a much better and more flexible solution.
