i can't download the 183 player; i signed up to the web site that the link brought me to in the forum about the player & hd but it said the file is not found; where can i find it?

where the hell is allg41.dll? it doesn't seem to come with it...i have alleg40.dll...but not 41...
did you try the support archive? Either that or www.allegro.cc
