Screenflags aren't changes

If all you do is change a screen flag, ZQuest won't prompt a save if you quit.

I remember this bug being reported a long time ago, and I'm suprised it's still there, myself. I usually make more than one little change when I go to ZQ, however..

Oh, and I see plith is a Beta Tester now. w00t w00t. 😃
