How do you throw your voice

Oh... you want to know how to throw your voice, without throwing the rest of your body.

I think it has something to do with somehow making your voice sound as if it were coming for another place, not sure how exactly. You need to buy a book or something on it. All i know is no voice is ever actually "thrown". It just sounds different.
