What's a good program for making transparent images for ie
Check out the free trial of PSP at www.jasc.com It can do everything you'll ever need with pictures.
i would say microsoft frontpage is good, if you have that, theres a handy transparency tool.
It's really annoying when people edit out the first post in a thread, because then people don't know what everyone is talking about...

What you should do is leave the original post and add an "UPDATE" at the bottom of the post so people know what's going on. I thought this was spam at first glance.
