I've decided to re-release the beta 104 verison of Deception here. I don't know if I'll be working anymore on the storyline but, hopefully not all of the map work will go to waste.
There ARE errors.. 104 had that damned page 80/81 reset bug that would screw up your combos at will. Also, there's tree bugs, and other little pains.
However, I will provide the level 4 cheat code to anyone who asks. But, try not to overuse it. It takes the challenge out of level 1. There are 2 levels, and an incomplete town.
Enjoy.

Note - If you were a beta tester for me, way back then, don't download this. It's the same beta I sent out before I went on vacation. This is manly to see if people still have interest in my quests, before I delve into a new project..
Wow. You can repeat yourself on 2 different forums! Just like me! We must be sooooper l33t ^_^
Ahem. Well, thanks. Glad someone REPLIES to the message insted of just looking at it. :disgust:
Just a few notes...
You can download the quest by either...
Oh... hehe. Whoops. About repeated myself.
Anyway, yeah. I still remember it because I've kept the beta for so long. 😃
By the way Nick.. Don't forget to format your hard drive to free up angelfire web server space.
This is a very good quest, Teilyr. I really wish you'd finish it. 😞
I might not check it out before I leave tommorow, but the quest sounds good.
Actually, I suppose this is my last hurrah. If anyone wants to run with this, let me know and I'll give you the password. I don't have the desire, nor the skill to finish it.
Hey there Tei.. Long time no see.. Glad your getting what you started out... hmm, I'll give this a look later tonight, after I finish this break up with my current girlfriend... what fun... v_v
Actually, as I said, it's the same beta that I released to the beta testers before I called it quits.. and I'm pretty sure you were one of my beta testers.
Matter of fact, didn't we swap tiles?
As I recall, yes we did, providing the password you gave me still works in this release.. I would have a copy saved somewhere if it wasn't for having to reformat my c:\ drive a few weeks ago (thank god for slave drives and such)
ah, I've missed ya Teilyr. 😊
