When I tried to register to another forum, they said "web-based email accounts are banned", and to use a non web-based email direction.

The question: Where do I get one?

Well when you have a ISP they usually give you your own E-mail account. That should do fine.

Well, I use verizon DSL, and my addy is . You probably have something similiar based on your host. For example, or whatever. If all else fails, contact the company that you purchase internet access from and find out if you have an e-mail address, what it is, and how to access it. If that doesn't work, starting mailing bombs to people.
