That pop mail was very useful... and now it's gone! I'll have to tell everyone to switch to my regular account so I won't have to check two email accounts... it's just such a hassle.
No more pop mail in Hotmail...
They also halved their maximum attachment size. Losers.
POP mail costs email providers money.
Most don't have the money to keep it going for free. MS however does, but won't anyways.
Hotmail has sucked since 1998. A hotmail account that is actually used will almost always get much more spam then say a Yahoo or Operamail account.
I know why they did it, I just wish they added another ad banner or something instead. (But not pop up, obviously)
And yes, it isn't good, but it's fast and easy.
I tried Hotmail. Really, I did. But when I got a huge in-your-face black screen with porn pictures on it as an e-mail message AT SCHOOL (I was still in HS then), I quickly abandoned ship.

I have my spam blocking settings on second to highest, it works pretty well, except it thought my band director was spam.
I havent had any problems with hotmail.... I only use it for MSN.... I dont really use email much...
i used hotmail, i hate it... and will never use it again.
yahoo....yahoo...yahoo all the way!!!!!!!!!
that's it, I'm switching to my ISP mail provided adres.
