i just finished all the stages in the special world in SMA:2 Super Mario World. i exited it through the new star road and nothing as changed! i remember in the SNES version almost all of the enemies were supposed to change and the map and other stuff changed. why hasn't it?
that special world
NO! Not Star Road...the SPECIAL WORLD. Those eight stages named "RADICAL, TUBULAR, BODACIOUS" etc...
Beat all 8, then go back.
If it didn't do it, this game sucks.
SMA: 2 differs from SMW in that area. They changed the process to get the new colours on the map/new enemies.
Now you have to get all 96 goals.
Ah, that's cool. Well then, I guess it's still all right in my book.
man!!! so the special stages did nothing except make that stupid super famicom logo appear?!
Well, they still count towards the 96 goals. But yeah, they really toned down the usefulness of those levels...
What? There's no more reward for "the ultimate challenge"?
Boooooo! Sheesh, they added Luigi, would it have killed them to add a NEW reward or at least make the zone harder to unlock? (Getting all other goals before being let in would have been a nice idea.)
Let's all get Lunar Magic (SNES Super Mario World ROM editor, not sure if telling you where it is would break the rules tho) and do better!! =P
Don't forget to let the game sit on the Special World map screen for a classic tune.
Classic tune eh..... all well the game still rocks in my books :kawaii:.
