Recently, DDR has been tickling my fancy, and I suddenly have an urge to try and get ahold of a dancepad with DDR Konamix.

However, the dancepads are so fucking expensive.

Take a look. However, I found a dancepad by Topway that is suppsively the best third party one you can get. The price is right, but I'm still unsure. I mean, the other mats (hard AND soft) are higher priced for a reason, right? And the cheap 19 dollar mat you can get at Amazon doesn't cut it from what the reviews say.

Anybody know anything about this?

Were you talking about this one: http://store.yahoo.com/adux/danpadfordan.html
It says it's good. But the soft ones are like porch mats, flimsy. The hard ones don't bend. Well this is what my experiences are. I would get a soft one, light, durable, good, inexpensive. 😃
BTW this one above looks cool.

I know this is old but, when I played it for PSX I just used the controller, much easier.

That takes away half the fun damnit!
