I don't trust water that doesn't freeze.
Even though I can't say I'm fond of this guy, I'll never buy that kind of water.
Most anything dissolved in water will lower its freezing point.
Ever heard of antifreeze? Also, You can add enough sugar to water and it will keep it from freezing............
