It's not final yet, so I wouldn't say it is "out" yet.

The only new version is a 1.92 beta build 104 that has been out since December!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You are correct. Those who entered the quest contest have one of the latest beta versions however. The rest of us will have to wait😞
