Well, ok. It's only to 9,998 decimal places. But it is to 9,999 digits (the 3, although not being a decimal place, it is still a digit). If you really want the full 10,000 then you can download pi to 400,000,000 digits here

Pi has been proved irrational so it will never repeat. It has also been proved trancedental which means that it can't be a root of a polynomial with integer exponents.
