I generally like it. While many of the color contrasts appear harsh, the graphics pack provides a nice alternative to many of the other tilesets that GT above mentioned. I especially like some of the new items, and that the hammer and hookshot have been provided.
I didn't get around to the Herat Fragments, but you can always use my Animated Cursor Heart if you don't want to edit...................
