FFIX names?

I always keep their names default, except for the main character. My main character's name is Corbin, after Daarkseid, but only because it's a badass name.

I named Vivi "Orco", and Stiener "Buzz" The little monkey tailed guy was of course Cronic.

i just love the name Amal...

I always keep them default, not into naming them after me or any of my heroes.. (Heck Darth Maul probably isn't a good idea anyway 😊 )

If I re-play the game I may rename 1 or 2 characters.. but naming them after the FFVII characters? man, get an original concept dude.

I'll rename people second time through, and I usually do after my friends or something. I did, however, name Tidus, Tony, when I played FFX.

For some reason, I have always liked keeping the name there default, I dont know why

-MegaMan3000

I always use the default name in all my games, unless its Zelda and I'll use "LINK". For Secret of Mana I used my name as the boy (it was like I was in the game!), Crystl for the girl, and Sprite for the Sprite. For Earthbound and Pokemon I use Ness and Ash.

Yeah, you're right. The only names I ever use besides the main ones are Nester(after the old NP practice of naming things in their games for reviews, which is named after their old mascot), Destro(like how it sounds) and Joerg(once again, like how it sounds, the German form of George). Otherwise, if none of those names really fit the main character, I'll just go with the main character's name. Like when I played FFIX, I never changed anybody's names.

I always put original names for characters in video games....
