AGN Stock Contest & Results

OKay guys I have an idea for a new contest. Here's the deal. Your long lost Uncle has died and has left you $30,000. But your a greedy SOB. You are going to take that money and divide it evenly between 3 stocks of your choice. You will have until the end of business Friday, April 19th to make as much money as you can.

Now I will keep track of all your picks and will give an update in the standings on a daily basis in this thread. You will invest $10,000 in each stock and will have as many shares as that can buy. (To the closest dollar.)

The object is to make as much money as possible with your 30 grand.

If you wish, pick the companies that you like or you use.

Like Sony, Nintendo or Wal-mart.

Pick whatever stocks you wish and post 3 of them in this thread.

You can keep track of your own stocks if you want but I will be keeping track of them either way if you don't want to bother. 😉

The winner of the contest will not get much but it will be fun! I will put the winner in my sig for a while.

My stocks will be:

Carnival Cruise Lines
Sony
Pepsi

Good luck and the deadline for entry is 9:00am EST 03/18. So get those picks in fast! 😊

Grrr... this is starting to look harder than I thought. 🙄

BJ, you need to choose two new ones besides Square and Nintendo. They don't have public stocks.

Paradox, same thing with Fujitsu. They have no public stocks.

If you want to check to find your stock go to www.nasdaq.com and look up your symbol. But it must be a NYSE symbol. 😉

1st off you have me confused... can we use any stock exchange? 2nd what about dividends?
