Quick question. The due date is today at midnight (as in, during the night between Monday and Tuesday), or tomorrow at 23:59 PM (night between Tuesday and Wednesday)? Also, on what timezone exactly?

It's tomorrow at midnight. We're being really flexible with this, so if the date is still the 12th of November 2013 wherever you may live, then your submission will be accepted. So technically, it's midnight GMT +12, which would put the submission deadline at Noon GMT +0 on the 13th of November 2013. That will cover everyone's 12th of November to the end of the day.
