ZCL Code

Six months or so back, @Deviance said it would be permitted to push the ZCL code to Git, and @Saffith said he might do it.

What is the status of this?

Also, @Gleeok , in the event that he has it. It would be nice to have.

I;d take it as a ZIP, if dropping it to Git is too much trouble.
