The Dead Woods was not the location of the seal, which means the elder's son was lying.
Nerinae is hiding something.
La Croix is very strong since she's a Revenant, when she hit the stone nothing happened.
A Raven was watching La Croix.
Helena seems to be after more then just La Croix.
La Croix and the Demon Queen seem to know each other.

It would help to identify any possible culprits now, as there are consequences later if you fail.

Helifa hides her wings and you make your way out of the forest and back to Teras' house. And all sit down. Eerie silence...

Alty searches for Nerinae and attempts to get the truth from her, warning that he is not easily mislead nor lied to.The previously Millennium Eye would allows him to read her thought, provided it isn't currently sealed by the Demon Queen's magic. Regardless of its current status, he makes no direct/indirect mention of it and hopes that his warning is enough to get the truth from her.

You rush over to the bar and find the bottle on a table with a note with the same words in chicken scratch written over and over again.

The Demon Queen whispers into La Croix ear and she nods putting her max back on.
"We'll go with you."

You enter the inn and find the Inn Keepers wife look up from a book she's reading. "There's a Raven eating a crow on the cover."
"Your supposed to be dead, I'll let my son fix that."

She snaps her fingers and this monstrosity appears out of a summoning circle with black mist. The same mist from the mermaid city.


All of sudden unintelligible shrieks fill your ears.

Then the screams stops. And you her another voice, in your head. The Demon Queens.
"A deafen spell, it's only temporary Don't worry."

What do you do.

All of sudden your emblem burns, "I think I know what is going on in this village. These people are cultist of Xenovia, they even sacrifice their children turning them into monsters. Me, Jade, and Skye are fighting one now. I need you to head to the barracks. Oh and try not to blow your cover."

"I can't hear anything right now, but I'm hoping you can read thoughts. Can you please tell everyone to hold off on targeting the creature, and to focus their attacks on the mother instead?"
