That silent hard drive mockery thing never stopped me.

I'm maniacal as all hell, gullible, and internally conflicted, but I still gamedev. What's your excuse?

My excuse is that your Kefka avatar terrifies me.

Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons, for you are crunchy and good with ketchup.

Some part of me wishes that SSDs made clicky-clack noises.

Download Lands of Serenity today! You will be knocked comatose by its sheer awesomeness.
The Titan's Quest, best played in the bathroom as the excitement can be somewhat...overwhelming.

You mean like the old floppy drives used to do? Why would you want that kind of racket?

Now that would just be silly. I meant like an old mechanical hard drive, circa late 80's.

I didn’t have a hard drive in those days. Back then most home computers barely had more than one floppy drive. I owned an Atari ST with a built-in floppy drive and later a Commodore 64 with an external floppy drive. I don’t even totally recall if Atari made hard drives for the ST computers. I know Commodore did but I couldn’t afford one.
