If it were some random twitter person saying that, I'd have to agree with you. But a company, with a fully staffed PR department that completely understands propaganda? No, I gotta disagree. They knew they were re-enforcing the media's anti-gamer propaganda, their customers were simply not important enough for them to take the heat.
