The difference is, I rated your quest a 0 (which is highly frowned upon, but isn't against the rules so long as it's not excessive and fairly justified (which I did have to justify, btw)), while you blatantly revenge-bombed Nightmare for being associated with me, which is against the rules (ratings manipulation).
