    Faster subscreen scrolling questrule

It would be nice to have a rule that makes the subscreen scroll faster. It would go along nicely with the very fast screen scrolling rule, and I always thought the subscreen scrolls a little bit too slow.
Beware the power of GANON! Hahaha

    That's a good idea. I second this. :)

When I'm done with everything else; perhaps? I wouldn't make it a rule: I'd make it a quest variable--this also means that it can be changed in a dynamic manner.

I'll add the variable and accessor to FFCore, and that will help me remember to finish it, later.

Edit: Added it to the FFCore class.
