    Add Defense for LW_SPARKLE, LW_FIRESPARKLE to Editor

    Currently, these don't have their own defenses. Since there are plans to add some new defenses, including these would probably be good since they don't exist. Plus, I'm not entirely sure how an enemy determines if it is affected by LW_FIRESPARKLE currently (though I do know some are).

    LW_WIND and LW_WHISTLE are also missing, and of these LW_WHISTLE is a defence that should absolutely be there, for split on hit or split on death defence outcomes.

    LW_SPARKLE should be there, too, set to IGNORE by default. LW_FIRESPARKLE should probably be there, too. In fact, being able to set this to 'Stun or Ignore' would be beneficial.

    I'll look into it, for 2.54, and again, when I finish adding the new weapons.
