Antony's videos have got me to thinking, there are definitely some classic games I missed out on as a child. For many of these, I've since rectified the problem, but I've realized there are at least two major glaring examples of games I just never got around to playing. And I mean, these are some serious gaming sins, I think. So I thought, hey, let's devote a thread to discussing some of the horrible gaming sins we've committed in the past. I'm sure we all have deep, dark gaming secrets that torment our souls and give us no peace. Whether it's skipping a classic game, beating a game by cheating, or maybe even screwing over a sibling in multiplayer, I'm sure nobody's perfect. Let's just get that stuff out there and in the open so we can finally be absolved of our sins and move on with our lives.
For myself, there are two games that to this day bother me that I never actually played - Myst and Majora's Mask. Myst is understandable - it's a point and click adventure/puzzle game, and those things were never really my bag. However, the game was friggin' HUGE when it came out, so I feel terrible for having not even played it once. Majora's Mask is worse though. I've always been a huge fan of Zelda games, and many say it was one of the greatest Zelda games of all time - and I have no room to speak on the subject because I've never even once played it. I've started another runthrough of Ocarina of Time, and I've told myself that when I finish it, I'll move on to Majora's Mask - we'll see.
