i did the download but when i go into the file, it starts up then crashes immediatly! i've uninstalled it and reinstalled it and the same thing happens. help?

Welcome to AGN, clau. Unfortunately I do not have an answer to your crashing problem so I redirected the thread where you may get answers quicker. What version of ZC are you running (what link did you download it from)? What version of Windows (or Mac OS X or Linux) are you running it on?
