Aside from that, I'm just friggin' shocked at how accurate that all was. Not that I'm some expert on Norse mythology, but as soon as I finished watching it, I went and did some research. Goddamn Norse mythology is weird. Though then again, isn't all mythology?
Hell though, sometimes you gotta wonder - are there any ancient mythologies that started out as jokes? You know, like modern-day Flying Spaghetti Monster worship and Discordianism? Might one day future generations look upon the religions created by our culture and say "People actually used to believe this nonsense?"
