Seriously, we could just replicate this room type by setting those two items for one of the shop types and set that value for the take one item room type.
Here's an example of how I replicated the Red Potion or Heart Container Room type with a Take One Item Room Type with a shop value containing the red potion and heart container:
Of course, if the Red Potion or Heart Container Room type were to be removed for this reason, then the developers would have to apply a compatibility fix to any quest that was made before the Take One Item Room type even existed.
