As per the name in the upper right, it's a piece by artist Fredrik Andersson, who has an online gallery (http://www.elfwood.com/art/a/n/andersson/) which will come up as the first link in a Google search for "Fredrik Andersson." 10 seconds of further reading informed me that he has an older gallery (http://www.naorhy.com/) with additional works.
