I cannot find the slash->next command under the combo editor. do you think layering it would work?

No. "Slash->Next" is there, if you click the little arrow, and press 's' once and 'pg dn' twice on your key board you can see it right there.

Also my game when I play it has become super fast how can I fix it?

It is a ZC bug, just try restarting ZC until it goes at normal speed.
