Zelda64gld owns Glenn any day of the week. As a matter of fact, Glenn was an administrator back at the time, and kept trying to ban Zelda64gld - he would stake out the admin cp, watching in disbelief as Zelda64gld mysteriously un-permabanned himself every time.

For the 'Notoriously banned' portion, I'm inclined to say that it's Fira. Never before has some human being or robot (Do we even know?) made so many attempts at being a commonplace poster yet been banned for having multiple accounts so many times. I scarcely even remember the reason for the original ban. I know I've been spammed via E-mail years ago, but those were only singular E-mails. Fira is, in all honesty, the single most confusing internet entity I've ever seen, and for so many reasons that it only exacerbates the confusion.

I still have a soft spot in my heart for z64gld. I haven't checked agn for a couple weeks, and I thought of the "DILPOMATIC IMUMNITY" walking to class today, which resulted in me laughing about "I WLIL RAEP YORU DGO ADN TEHN ETA TI!!!!!". Ah, those were the days.
