This is a great place to get MIDIs, and you can find the Dark Hyrule Castle MIDI there, too. Check it out. For all your MIDI needs. :)

ummm guys.... I have a slight problem. Vgmusic does have what im looking for, but when I click on the link to the song, all it does is opens it and plays it It doesnt save it to my computer or nuthin so I cant get to it in zquest. What do I do?
Right click the link and choose Save Target As...
You can then put it where you want on your computer.
