Can you start using punctuation? I don't really know a solution, cuase I half-understand the sentence.

Get raped. D:
Also, try to be more specific so we can help you out. It sounds like you are setting this up in a dungeon. What type of warp are you trying to set up and what do you want it to do? Are you using the correct coordinates as seen on the dmap slider? Check those things out and then let us know more details so that we can help.
ok i set a warp that takes me to map 2 screen 76 but when i step on the warp i made it either sends me to map 1 screen 86 or map 1 screen 66, once again wtf!!!!

If your Dmap is of type Dungeon, Cave, or BS-Overworld, you may need to slide the Dmap Slider (Lower left corner of the first tab of the Dmap editor.) to its proper 8x8 position. A map has 16x8 screens on it. An overworld takes up all of those, but the other three, (Dungeon, cave, and BS-Overworld Dmap types.) take up 8x8; exactly half of that of overworlds. So the upper-leftmost area of that 8x8 will always be 00 regardless of what it says on the map. So if you had a dungeon taking up the right side of the 16x8 map, it'd start not on screen 00, but on 08. It would, however, still consider itself as being on 00 because it's not looking at the map to see where its upper left corner is for positioning on the map, but at the Dmap type.
If you didn't understand that, just adjust your warp's coordinates until the "Go" Button takes you where you want to go.
I don't know ShadowTiger. The DMap slider could mess up his horizontle(Argh, Can't spell) position, but the vertical one should be fine. Xene777, are you sure your not mixing up Map and DMap numbers.
Or maybe you aren't setting the right dmap on the warp settings? Hopefully someone will stumble on your problem.
ZC's coordinates are the wrong way round, that may cause a problem
Instead of being (Horizontal,Vertical), it goes (Vertical,Horizontal) for some reason
Are you using a side warp or a tile warp? If it's a side warp, where it says triggers, click the bottom rectangle.
Nothing complicated. :)
