    Do Permanent secrets persist when you save your game?

    I know that they persist when you exit the screen and come back, but do they save?

    Actually, Trigger > Perm should, but I think that's the only one, aside from dungeon bosses

    Yes, Permanent secrets are permanent even when you save.
