Having trouble with video in Windows version

I am having trouble with the graphics in the windows version. I am using SC version 192-184.

If I start ZC full screen the aspect ratio is all off. It is running at 640x480 but only showing the screen in an area of 640x240. If I try it windowed I only get a 320x240(?) screen and can't expand it.

If it helps I just got a new computer. It has Windows XP media center, and an ATI Raedon 1900 graphics card.

So how do I get it to stretch the Y resolution by 2 in full screen mode,
and how do I make it bigger windowed?

I got it figured out now.
One problem was that I was putting '-big' and not 'big'. -big was crashing the program.
