Okay, I am submitting my quest to the QDB, but I do not know what the name of the tileset 2.10test uses is. I have made a few tiles of my own using the tileset, so I would like to know what to put as the tileset when submitting my quest.

Just say:
2.10 test tileset
Okay. Also, according to the thread by JayeM, I'm supposed to put in the submission that I sent an email if I email my quest. However, I still have to put a link to the site my quest is on if I want to submit it. How do I get around this?
Get a hosting account like at ripway.com or something to upload the file so JayeM can get it.
Oh and that tileset is called New1st.
Uh oh... According to the submission form, Geocities is supposed to be able to let you upload Zipped folders to the website you make, but everytime I try to upload the folder, it won't work! I really need to upload this quest, seeing as it's the first one I finished...
EDIT: Nevermind, it worked. My pop-up blocker blocks EVERYTHING, including popups that MUST appear for something to work...
