Weather tiles(layers)

I need the following...
Rain, Snow, Heat Wave, Ocean Covering, & Sand Storm tiles that can be used with layers.

I'm not quite sure where you could get the others. I've made my own sandstorm tiles, but I'm not on the right computer to upload them. Also, what do you mean by "ocean covering?" Do you mean something to make it look like Link is underwater?

Yes, tiles that makes it look like the hero is submerged.

that's easy. heatwave, however, will be extremely hard, unless you're talking about the ash-like stuff from Dragon Roost island in WW? that might be more doable, but still very hard

For ocean covering, you probably could place a transparent layer of the rippling ocean tiles found in the pure set over the screen? O_o I really don't know about sandstorm though.
