Don't worry, I can help you ali. Go the same way you would to level one, but if you remember you start by leaving the town and you go left and then up, and to get to l1 you'd go right right? Well, to get to l3 go left on the same screen you'd have gone right on. Now, if my directions are acurate, you should be on a screen with mostly green trees and a patch of red ones on the bottom left corner. When you get to that screen go down and when you get there, go as far down as you can on the left side.and use the hook shot to cross the river into the red forest. You have to be on the left side pointing down else it won't work. After that it's preety strait foward, you're gonna have to use the Hook shot to cross another river
