i dig the concept and i like the design, but those images must be preloaded. it loads during each mouseover, which kills the concept.
it works fine for me eckels...
good for you. the images should still be preloaded. whenever you do a rollover, all the images should be preloaded. it's just good authoring. not everyone has high speed cable connections.
I have a small suggestion to make, now that I'm looking at it some more. Personally, I don't think the font at the bottom of the monitor really fits the concept. I think more of a blocky kind of font would look more appropriate, like, fixedys (is that what it's called?) or something along those lines. For some reason, girly/cursive font doesn't go right. But that's just me, still really cool.
