the lowest version is 1.84, and that's the first public release. if you're using the DOS version with Windows XP, it dosen't work. download 1.93 Beta 183/4 for Windows
i meant what is the lowest version of DOS not ZC. have a computer that has win 3.1 and DOS v 6.22. and where do i extract cwsdpmi.zip to? goto www.casadealphadawg.com/zc and you can download the 1.92 182 version for DOS

wouldn't you try to upgrade for compatability instead of downgrade? it dosen't make sense to me...
I don't think ZC cares about DOS itself. It probably doesn't matter what DOS version you have as long as the DPMI or whatever. Since it used Allegro I think you only need to run a DPMI server to get it started. I don't know how to do that but someone else might. If you have win 3 or higher try running it under a DOS box possibly with the cwsdpmi file in you windows or system directories.
Exactly, hehehe, D'oh
i think i was missing the allegro file
