I've noticed that the translucency colors are different in ZC and Zquest.
The first one is in Zquest and the second is in ZC. I think the colors in Zquest look better.

It's even worse for me. All the translucent colors are totally messed up in ZQuest. Hold on, I'll make up a screenshot to show you what I mean:

...is there any way this rebuilding could be automated? There must be certain factors that would cause a rebuilding to be necesary (I imagine that editing the palettes would be one such case). Perhaps there could be an option in the options dialog to make ZQuest automatically do a rebuild at these times.
