With any of the new features (Room States, scripting, ect), is it possible at all to disable enemies from spawning? What I'd like to do is have a little area with some enemies, then you defeat their leader in a little mini-dungeon, and they all go away

The only way I think I could do this is to remake the screens on another map, and have a room state change a tile warp to warp Link to those screens instead of the regular ones, but that would be a bit of work

Is it possible, or am I just dreaming?
