ZC Needs an EX 5 Button on Controller and Keyboard

ZC Needs an EX5 button - in game-pad setup for setting up your 'game-pad controls.'

Gamepad- Controls has an empty area that is not even being used for an Ex 5 button.

It should go into 'the empty area' of the controller button assignment area.

Also, The Keyboard Button assignment needs room for that last button also.

The "Gamepad Controls" window is accessible in zplayer by drilling down Settings->Controls->Gamepad. Then see the Buttons tab.

That window is created by onGamepad() in zc_sys.cpp

I got EX5 and Clear buttons to appear on the Controllers tab. Will need to shuffle things around so they appear on the Buttons tab.
